App-specific privacy notice / October 18, 2026
Neon Lastlight
Privacy.
This notice covers the current Android prototype, version 4.80.0, package com.tellermatic.neonlastlight. It describes the current build, which has no real-money purchase flow.
In short: the current build has no account, no advertising, no analytics and no payments. Game progress stays in the app's storage on your device, and the only information we hold is what you choose to send us by email.
Data stored on your device
The game stores inventory, equipped gear, earned coins, prototype pass rewards, crafting resources and tools, structures, survivor recruitment and roles, camera preferences, settings, food and hydration, provisions, unfinished crafting queues, linked chest positions, story chapters and recovered relay components, and best-run records in app-specific storage. An active save and local backup support recovery from some save errors. A local backup is not a cloud backup or a guarantee against lost or cleared app storage. There is no game account or cloud save.
Progress remains until you clear app storage or uninstall the game. Clearing storage deletes local progress and backups, and the developer cannot restore them remotely. Install updates over the existing app to retain data when Android permits.
Collection and service providers
No game account, advertising, analytics or real-money payment features are enabled in the current private game build. Its packaged Android manifest has no Internet or broad storage permission. Gameplay data is not sent by the game to a developer server. Android and your device vendor may process platform diagnostics under their own policies.
Private APK delivery uses Google Drive. Google handles sign-in and download service data under its own privacy policy. Drive sign-in is separate from the game. Development tools and artwork-generation services are separate from the Android runtime.
This static game page and notice contain no analytics, forms, third-party fonts or tracking scripts. The company website's other pages have their own privacy policy and optional analytics controls.
Voluntary support messages and privacy requests
If you email support, Syndicate Hub LLC receives your email address, message and attachments you choose to send through its email provider. We use correspondence to answer requests and investigate problems, retaining it while needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your support correspondence by emailing syndicatehubllc@gmail.com, subject to applicable requirements. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to obtain a copy of your information, to object to certain processing, or to appeal a decision we make about a request. Local game data is controlled on your device; use Android app-storage controls to delete it. We do not sell game or support personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Send only information needed to explain a problem. Do not send passwords, account codes, payment details or identity documents. If a child has sent personal information through support, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
Children and age suitability
Neon Lastlight is a survival shooter with fantasy combat and is not directed to children under 13. The current build has no account, no advertising, no analytics and no payment flow, so it collects no personal information from any player, including children.
The only personal information we could receive is what someone chooses to send to the support address. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email syndicatehubllc@gmail.com with "Privacy" in the subject line and we will review and remove it as appropriate.
Planned paid battle passes
A Google Play launch with paid battle passes is planned. Billing, purchase verification, restoration and refund handling are not active in this prototype. Before activating purchases, we will update this notice to identify actual purchase data, providers, server processing, retention and deletion controls, and will rely on Google Play's payment and refund terms for transactions made there. This current notice does not describe a completed paid service.
Changes to this notice
This notice is revised when the game's data practices change. The date above identifies this revision. Applicable rights and obligations are not limited by this notice.

Documents and downloads
Optional story reading
The 4.37 private game includes twelve local fictional stories. Page positions, text-size choice, focus view and self-marked read status are temporary app-session state and reset when the app closes. The reader sends no reading analytics, makes no network request and does not write the gameplay profile. It does not award currency or change a purchase entitlement.
The separate public story page uses native browser disclosure controls. It has no application JavaScript, reading analytics, forms or stored reading history. Ordinary page requests are still processed by the hosting provider and browser as described in the website privacy policy.
Survivor conversation state
Survivor Voices adds eighteen original AI-assisted written scenes. Dialogue position and heard-scene marks stay only in the app session and reset on closing. Choices do not change the saved gameplay profile, squad, relationship score, resources, quests, rewards or purchases. No reading or choice analytics is sent. The website presents all conversation transcripts using native expandable text, without storing reading history.
Persistent Haven project state
The Broken Crossing mission phase and three one-time camp-request delivery flags are stored in the existing local gameplay save. They persist across new runs and restarts. Accepting, surveying, repairing, reporting and delivering use explicit saved actions. Reading the noticeboard creates no new saved progress. Optional Campfire Talk after a safe return remains session-only fiction. No additional account, network permission or telemetry is introduced.
Camp request reviews
Supply reviews and preparation suggestions use existing local carried, queued and stored material counts. Viewing or dismissing a review does not reserve supplies or change saved progression. A successful confirmed delivery saves the existing one-time completion flag and reward together. Thank-you notes derive from those completion flags and add no reading analytics, relationship score, account data or new save field.
Letters from Haven
Four optional fictional letters use the existing saved camp-delivery flags to determine availability. Reading and paging change no gameplay profile and send no reading analytics. Letter selection, current page and text size are temporary session state. No additional account, permission, save field, relationship score or purchase is required. Public website transcripts include completion spoilers and use native disclosure controls without storing a reading history.
Temporary field kits
Field Armory stores two sets of existing equipment item identifiers in app memory for the current session. Captures and pending review quotes are not new persistent profile fields and are not sent to a server. Applying a confirmed kit updates the existing saved equipment slots together. Captures reset when the app closes; normal applied equipment remains saved. No new analytics, account or permission is introduced.
Combat disciplines and relay trials
Ward Pulse and Breach selection is a temporary app-session choice. Black Signal review, wave, responder references, attempts and decoding are temporary expedition state. Neither adds a saved-profile field, account, purchase, network request or analytics event. Existing enemy loot and earned progression use the ordinary local save. Starting a new expedition resets relay attempts; closing the app also resets the discipline choice.
