Who we are
Syndicate Hub LLC is the company responsible for this website and the business inquiry form. Our business contact details are listed in the sidebar of this page and at the end of this policy.
About this policy
This policy describes how Syndicate Hub LLC handles information on the corporate portfolio website syndicate-hub.com.
Projects linked from the portfolio may run on separate domains or platforms and have their own privacy practices. This policy does not replace the terms and policies of those separate applications or stores.
Information collected
The online inquiry form is temporarily unavailable while bot verification is configured. You can email us directly. We receive the sender address, message and attachments you choose to send through your email provider. If the secure form is enabled later, we receive the name, email address, selected area of interest and message you submit.
If you choose to enable optional analytics, Google Analytics and Base44 application analytics may process page visits, device/browser information and interaction events under the providers' settings and policies. We do not load our optional Google Analytics tag before your opt-in.
How information is used
Inquiry data is used to read and respond to business questions, discuss potential partnerships, and manage related correspondence.
Analytics help us understand site performance, content discovery, and errors. Basic technical records may also be processed to protect and operate the website.
To limit form spam and repeated submissions, we store hashed sender and message identifiers with timestamps in a restricted anti-abuse record. The active rate-limit window is 24 hours; expired entries are removed when another submission is checked. These records are not used for advertising.
Services and linked sites
When the secure inquiry form is available, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions before the backend accepts them. It processes verification and network/browser signals under its own privacy terms; no Turnstile widget is loaded by the current email-only contact view. Base44 hosts the website and processes submitted inquiry records. The website disables Base44's automatic SDK analytics and injected page-view logger; optional website analytics are only enabled after your choice. Base44 may still maintain necessary operational and security logs for hosting. If you opt in, visitor analytics are sent to Google Analytics and Base44's optional application analytics. Independent websites linked in the directory may use their own hosting, accounts, payment processors, and service providers.
Following a link to an independent project website means that site's privacy terms and controls apply to activity there.
Storage and your choices
Inquiry records may be retained while needed to manage correspondence, operations, or legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry by emailing the privacy contact below, subject to applicable requirements.
Use Privacy settings in the website footer to review, reject or change optional analytics, including withdrawing a prior acceptance. You can also clear local browser storage and cookies in your browser's controls. Your rights may differ depending on your jurisdiction.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to confirm, access, correct, or delete your information, to obtain a copy of it, or to appeal a decision we make about a request, including under the Colorado Privacy Act and California privacy laws. We do not sell personal information and we do not use inquiry details for targeted advertising.
Browser preferences and saved projects
Visitors can choose whether to enable optional Google Analytics and Base44 site interaction measurement. Analytics are disabled by default and the choice can be changed at any time through Privacy settings in the footer. An updated preference is stored in this browser together with a consent revision and timestamp, for up to 180 days; the site may ask again after it expires or the policy changes.
The portfolio's Save Project feature stores a list of project identifiers in this browser only, using local storage. These bookmarks are not transmitted to our inquiry database and can be cleared using your browser settings.
Private owner operations
The restricted Operations Desk stores private project-stage notes, priorities, and actions. Access to these records and to inquiry submissions is limited to authorized administrators through server-side permissions.
Do not include passwords, payment card details, identity documents or confidential account credentials in the general inquiry form.
Cookies and similar technologies
The corporate website does not intentionally use advertising or cross-site marketing trackers. Optional Google Analytics and site interaction measurement remain disabled until you opt in. We disable built-in Base44 browser analytics and page-view logging at application startup; Base44 can still retain operational server logs needed to operate or protect the platform. Necessary hosting, account authentication and security services may use session cookies or similar mechanisms, some controlled by the hosting provider.
A record of your optional analytics choice, its version and the time you saved it is kept in this browser's local storage. An optional Base44 analytics session identifier may be created after opt-in and is cleared from accessible local storage when analytics are refused or withdrawn; older visits could have created this identifier before the updated controls. The Save Project feature separately stores project identifiers in local storage if you use it. Browser storage can be cleared through your browser settings.
Global Privacy Control and opting out
We do not sell personal information or use cross-site targeted advertising on this corporate website. Where supported by the browser, we recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal and do not use it to authorize advertising-related processing. A prior agreement to analytics does not grant advertising consent.
If you withdraw optional analytics consent, our website stops initiating optional measurement events, requests Google Analytics to deny analytics storage, and attempts to remove first-party Google Analytics cookies accessible to the site. Your browser or the provider may manage additional technical records outside our direct control.
Children's privacy
This website and the business inquiry form are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has sent us information, contact syndicatehubllc@gmail.com with "Privacy" in the subject line and we will remove it.
How we protect information
Inquiry records are held with the website's hosting provider, and access is limited to authorized administrators through server-side permissions. Private operator notes are restricted the same way.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect the small amount of information we hold. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, and you should not send confidential credentials through the inquiry form.
